READ COMMON QUESTIONS & ANWERS BEFORE BOOKING A STUDIO PHOTOSHOOT:

· DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS, WHERE WILL THE PHOTOSHOOT TAKE PLACE?

I’m located in the Eastside of El Paso, TX 79936. Only available by appointments.

· DO I NEED A DEPOSIT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? $20 deposit is required to secure your spot. Deposit will go towards the session and is a non-refundable fee if need to cancel or reschedule. The pending amount will be due at the day of the appointment. Payments can be done through Facebook Pay, Cash App, PayPal or Apple Pay.

· WHAT ARE DIGITAL IMAGES? An image produced using a digital camera and stored as an electronic file, also known as remotely/virtual image, it is not a print.

· WHAT IS PRINT RELEASE? a release to print your images, it allows the client to print for personal use while maintaining the rights of the photographer. The images are protected by copyright, a print release does not allow clients to edit their images, crop or remove logo unless given permission. 

· WHEN WILL MY IMAGES BE READY?

After the Photoshoot you will be able to view all the images taken within 24hrs to select your best. Average time to edit digital images are 3-7 days after the image selection day.

· MAY I HAVE ALL UNEDIT IMAGES? You will only be able to view all images with the greenscreen background & water mark. They’re only proofs for the image selection. Images with watermarks may NOT be used in anyway. You will only be able to use the edited images with the background that you chose. Those edit images come with your “Print Release”.

· WILL THE IMAGES HAVE A LOGO? Yes, it will have a small logo in the upper right of each image, as an Artist we always sign our work. You may request not to place it for an additional fee. 

· WHAT ARE THE PRECAUTIONS DUE TO COVID? Hand-sanitizer is available as you enter & exit. Disinfectant spray is applied before and after every session. Photographer will be using a mask, in distance photographer will tell you how to pose. Please come with only the people that will be in the photoshoot. For the moment we’re limiting the guest with the exception of the minor’s parents. Person who will not be in the photoshoot must wear their mask all the time.

· WHAT SHOULD I WEAR OR BRING? You may pick your own outfit, but please try to avoid wearing the color green due to my greenscreen the color will blend and make the editing take longer. Shoes won’t show in the images so adults don’t have to worry about that with the exception of children, in some poses it will show. You’re welcome to bring any personal items you may use as props or decoration.

· CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP TO RETOUCH MY IMAGE?

There is an extra $25 fee per image for retouching such as photoshopping skin blemishes or removing portions of a photo. Photoshop-compositions available for “In Loving Memory” Digital Image $50 fee.

· WHAT IF MY CHILD IS NOT FEELING GOOD DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT?

For whatever reason you’re unsatisfied with your photoshoot you’re welcome to schedule a re-shoot for a better time. No refunds available.
